In order to graduate form the STLE Lubrication Certification Preparation Trainer program, you will demonstrate mastery for the instruction for the Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) and the Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA I).

The content that you shall assume mastery of includes teaching how to evaluate and select lubricants to use and their purchases, conduct lube surveys, train lubricators and assembles work list, develop quality assurance and used lubricant analysis programs, troubleshoot and problem solve lubrication issues, teach how to maintain records of all applications, as well as waste collection or disposal.
